Sound Diplomacy engaged with stakeholders through an online survey, and roundtables.

The survey had an approximate duration of 15 minutes and was open for responses from August - September 2025 . When considering all responses, a total of 703 were collected (413 complete, 165 partial and usable for some sections, and 125 disqualified).

4 roundtables were organized and held in September  2025, gathering 28 stakeholders across multiple areas of the music ecosystem (recorded music, live music, local government, education, and tourism) to discuss their lived experiences as part of the industry.
