Coordinating with our partners in Tennessee, Sound Diplomacy conducted thorough research into the regulations, laws and programs that are related to the music ecosystem in Knox County. The result is a thorough analysis of 42 data points that East Tennessee can consult and expand to work towards making processes and regulations  more music-friendly.
