Theatre Industry Study

We are proud to have worked with the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and CVB to develop a comprehensive live music strategy to strengthen Branson’s theater industry health.

Through our work, we helped Branson assess and understand the theater ecosystem in Branson, evaluate its economic impact, build smart strategies for ecosystem growth, and identify assets and opportunities.

Sound Diplomacy developed this assessment and strategy through a comprehensive process, including infrastructure mapping, stakeholder engagement, extensive comparative analysis, and economic impact assessment, ultimately designed a roadmap to strengthen and grow the theater ecosystem in Branson. Sound Diplomacy visited Branson to conduct roundtables and expert interviews and launched an online survey accessible to all stakeholders, including the general audience.

The report is now publicly available. You can read and download the Executive Summary of the report by clicking this link. You can read more about the project in the press Springfield News-Leader and Branson Tri-Lakes News.
